PR Professionals Gather To Discuss New-Technology News Distribution

Public relations professionals will be gathering in Puerto Rico to examine how new forms of news distribution, from mass text messaging to 3-G phones, are shaping the industry, corporate reputations and public attitudes.
Impact '05, a two-day conference sponsored by Plesser Holland Associates, will be held in Vieques, Puerto Rico, March 4-5.
"It is essential that corporate communications professionals understand the radical transformation of news dissemination, which is undeniable. We will provide an extraordinarily valuable perspective on what is happening now and what might be around the corner," said Andy Plesser, founder of Plesser Holland.
